Titanium Alloys

Supplier and Features of Titanium Alloys

Titanium alloys are among the lightest and highest resistance yet discovered. Titanium is one of the few metals with a density-to-tensile strength ratio that can compete with other metals. Its versatility is demonstrated by the fact that it may be used in various industries, such as the medical field, marine industry, petrochemical industry, vehicles, body implants, and aerospace. Titanium is material that can be utilized in various industries and applications that outperform aluminum and stainless steel.

Titanium alloys offered by Ameralloy Steel can be domestic or DFAR-compliant. We are ISO 9001 certified. We can provide requirements for MIL-Q-985, MIL-A-45208A, and ANSI/NCSL Z540-I-1994. We are here to help you find a dependable supplier of titanium alloys. Contact us now about the current price and delivery.

Grades of Titanium offered:

3AL-2.5V – Both its malleability and its tensile strength are in excellent proportion.

6AL-4V – High tensile strength, low weight, formability, and corrosion resistance are desirable.

6AL- 4V ELI – A variant of 6AL-4V that has a significantly reduced interstitial voltage. a high level of resistance to breaking or cracking

6AL-4V STA — Ti 6Al-4V, “Solution Treated and Aged,” transformed. A heat treatment technique is applied to get a higher strength level. Ti-6Al-4V has an excellent capacity for hardening.

6AL/2SN/4ZR/2MO – When used in hot conditions, it is at its most effective; it can endure temperatures of up to 427 degrees Celsius.

15V-3Cr-35N-3Al – Outstanding capability in cold shaping as well as outstanding ability in heat treatment

CP-GR 1 – Highly pure materials have the lowest strength but excellent flexibility because they lack impurities.

CP-GR 2 – an exceptionally high level of resistance to corrosion

CP-GR 3 – Raise the required minimum strength while keeping the oxygen level at a higher concentration.

CP-GR 4 – The tensile strength is moderately strong, while the elasticity is modest.
