Laser Fused
Lasers are utilized to create laser-welded angles, and no filler material or other additive is used. This results in a high-quality weld. Materials fused with a laser often have edges that are more sharp corners and have smaller radiuses than other materials. Laser-fused stainless steel profiles have a better surface polish than extruded or hot-rolled goods. This not only improves the quality of the product but also simplifies it visually. The bead explosion that results from laser fusion is of a higher quality. Our laser-fused sections can be produced in different quantities, with a maximum production length of forty feet.
Hot Rolled
The traditional hot rolling method creates angles with rounded radius edges by feeding through a succession of rollers while heated to very high temperatures. Unequal Angles
